Portland team pinball league transition hub
The Tech topic now has a survey asking how the community wants to use the domains that already exist and what public name the new team league should use.
The survey asks about pdxpinball.com, sundaynightpinball.com, sundaynightpinball.org, and the league-name suggestions raised at the second inter-season captains meeting.
The first pre-season Pick Up League games are scheduled for Sunday, August 9 at 6:00 PM at Quarterworld.
Depending on turnout, play may also expand across the street to Space Room and may include singles and doubles matches.
Signups are ad hoc on site; players can arrive ready to be grouped into teams based on turnout.
Registration is open for the Sunday Night Pinball Team League Fall 2026 season.
The season is scheduled to begin September 13, 2026. Captains can use the current registration page for team name, preferred venue, player list, contact information, and any final notes.

The pre-season Pinball Pick Up League is a four-week pilot built around friendly, low-pressure matches at rotating venues.
All skill levels are welcome, and newer players are encouraged to join. Players can sign up, self-report skill level, and optionally sign up with a buddy.
Teams will be made on site each week based on who shows up, with the host balancing player skill levels where possible. The goal is friendly competition, meeting new people, sharing knowledge, and collecting feedback to improve the format week by week.

The June 28 meeting covered provisional meeting procedure, committee formation, league division structure, digital assets, finance and admin, rules, and fall-season preparation.
The previous PinballPDX league organization announced that it was disbanding.
